Salary: 1000-1140 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on data governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication within a complex, multi-stream environment. The role supports decision-making processes by ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders, while continuously improving data accessibility and automated reporting processes.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership and senior stakeholders with high accuracy and speed
• Maintain and optimize data governance processes within the workstream
• Ensure data quality and consistency for progress reporting
• Support the Reporting Coordinator in delivering structured and high-quality reports
• Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders and project streams
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations with strong attention to detail
• Manage reporting timelines and ensure adherence to reporting cadence
• Perform data analysis and provide insights
• Improve data accessibility and reporting automation

• Strong experience in stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, complex formulas)
• Experience in data modeling and executive reporting
