Job Summary
The Automotive Validation Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting validation activities for automotive systems . This role ensures that products meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop validation plans and test procedures for automotive systems (e.g., powertrain, electronics, infotainment, safety systems).
Execute validation tests including functional, performance and regression testing.
Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare detailed validation reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or Automotive Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in automotive validation, testing, or related engineering roles.
Good knowledge of automotive systems, components, and validation methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
Good Communication skills(should be able to atleast Read, Write and Understand Requirements and Test Cases in English).
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
