About The Role
As the IT&D Senior Business Analyst, you will be the key driver connecting our business together. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Vestacy business strategy.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, pragmatic and loves a challenge. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are action and result oriented. You will proactively partner with Global, BU and other commercial functions within the organisation to lead & activate strategic IS initiatives & proactively identify value-based and strategically driven opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide application support for local systems within your functional scope.
- Coordinate resolution of issues related to non-local applications by liaising between global support teams and local users.
- Plan, manage, and deliver agreed regional and country-level projects across Europe.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and implement value-adding initiatives within the region.
- Develop and deliver training, guidance, and continuous improvement activities to drive system adoption and process compliance.
- Analyze financial and commercial data to generate insights that support business transformation.
- Define business application requirements in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Specify required application changes and perform costâbenefit evaluations.
- Provide direction and clarification to developers and project teams.
- Support the assessment, design, development, and implementation of business solutions.
- Use investigative techniques (interviews, workshops, observations, scenario analysis, prototyping, quantitative methods) to understand current data, processes, and reporting.
- Document, analyze, and recommend improvements to data, processes, and reporting, ensuring regional consistency.
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, set targets, create business cases, determine success criteria, and ensure measurement and ownership of benefits.
- Promote and enforce data and process compliance standards.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for gathering business requirements for new initiatives.
- Lead country- and region-specific projects, shaping scope, vision, and delivery approach.
The experience we are looking for:

- Bachelorâs degree in IT or Business Management.
- 3+ years of IT&D experience across operations and project work.
- Preferred ERP support experience.
- Solid commercial understanding and knowledge of core business processes.
- Proven ability in requirements analysis and developing methodologies.
- Experience implementing software and hardware solutions.
- Demonstrated project contribution with tangible results.
- Strong customer-facing approach with a serviceâoriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile mindset, able to perform well in fastâpaced, highâpressure environments.
- Proactive, goâgetter attitude, able to take initiative without direction.
- Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel within Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
