Senior Software Developer (.NET / Fullstack)

As we are constantly growing and developing, we are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer (.NET / Fullstack) to join our development office in Gdańsk, Poland.

As part of our Asset Finance team, you will help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands, and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you will play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.

You will be joining the team behind PreView - our contract onboarding system that works in close conjunction with the Banqsoft’s back-office platform. PreView handles a wide range of financial contracts including leases, credit lines and cash loans, and incorporates modules for fleet management as well as a sophisticated scoring engine that supports credit decisions and customer assessments.

What you will be doing?

• Contributing to the migration of the PreView application from .NET Framework to modern .NET
• Developing, maintaining, and modernizing backend business logic within the PreView ecosystem
• Working with and gradually replacing the existing frontend stack (Web Forms, Knockout.js, JavaScript) as part of the broader modernization roadmap
• Integrating with third-party, client, and government systems
• Learning and mastering the onboarding domain - including credit assessments, customer scoring, and contract processing
• Being an active voice in an interdisciplinary team, contributing to architecture and design decisions
• Collaborating with other departments in an international environment to deliver on shared goals

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Senior Software Developer (.NET / Fullstack) we believe that you have:

• At least 4 years of experience with .NET C# development (backend or full stack)
• Hands-on experience with migrating legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns (e.g. SOLID)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English and Polish - both are used in day-to-day work

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

• Experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Exposure to legacy web technologies such as Web Forms or Knockout.js (you will encounter these as we migrate away from them)
• T-SQL / Microsoft SQL Server
• GIT and Azure DevOps (including CI/CD pipelines)
• Knowledge of web application security best practices
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Interest in the financial services or fintech domain
