📝 Opis główny / Wstęp
The purpose of this role is to deliver on the RPO Analytics roadmap that enable the business to achieve its goals, improve business systems and deliver actionable predictions and analysis. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst ensures data quality standards are met across multiple systems. This role acts as a mentor and may also oversee a team of junior business analysts by guiding them to deliver insightful, value-added business analyses and key findings to delivery teams and clients.
Making an Impact
- Turn raw information into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports to provide reporting and analytics services and proactively support business decisions and processes
- Design, develop, and maintain insight driven dashboards for internal and external clients
- Models data into meaningful information, finding patterns and insights to drive meaning and effectiveness.
- Act as a point of contact between technical and non-technical business teams
- Work in variety of technical platforms to extract raw data and map to standardized data models
- Design, develop and deploy interactive dashboards that provide actionable impact driven insights
- Validate data through all areas of data pipelines from source to target and all layers in between
- Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions, including interactive dashboards and reports.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to build comprehensive datasets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI analysts
Sharing Expertise
- Apply knowledge of the business and supporting applications and technologies to provide alternative solutions and recommendations to fulfill business requirements.
- Leads functional testing efforts, implementation tools and processes and ensures business requirements are as expected.
- Understands the business issues and data challenges of client organization and industry
- Identifies clients organizational strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior analysts to execute on strategy
Gaining Exposure
- Primary contact for clients to determine and document information and analytical requirements
- Act as a representative for RPO clients, ensuring that the client and candidate experience creates confidence and drives loyalty.
- Work collaboratively across internal and external clients to ensure data governance policies are followed by and data quality standards are met.
- Ability to influence delivery teams and navigate their clients information and analytical needs with the needs of the organization.
Your Typical Day
- Work with large volumes of data in multiple systems and partner with data architect in building out solutions to obtain objectives
- Working within technology, creating dashboards, developing content, developing predictive models, data mapping
- At times participating in the sales process- RFP, Sales calls , External Marketing content
- Coaching and Mentoring team
Required
- 3-5 years in the business intelligence or analyst space
- 3+ years’ experience developing dashboards in PowerBi
- 3 + year’s developing data driven reporting and/or analytics
- Querying large data set using T-SQL
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or MIS
Nice to Have:
- Team leadership experience
- Experience with Data warehouse and data models
- Understanding of the talent recruitment business model and industry
- Experience developing and deploying Power Bi Apps
- Experience designing and deploying Power Bi semantic models
- Working in enterprise Power Bi PPU/Fabric workspaces
- Working in large global environment across several countries and time zones
