Technical Product Owner & Team Lead – Apps & Automation

About The Role

We are looking for a strong profile to take on a unique dual role as Technical Product Owner and Team Lead for our Apps & Automation team in Krakow.

The team develops, operates, and scales automation and low‑code solutions across the organization – primarily using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.

This combined role brings together product ownership, technical leadership, and people management. You will be responsible for the team’s backlog, development direction, technical standards, and daily coordination of tasks and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• As Technical Product Owner:
• Own the product areas within the Apps & Automation domain and secure a clear vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Maintain and drive the team backlog, including refinement, estimation, and prioritization.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure continuous value creation and transparent expectation management.
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards, governance, and architectural principles.
• Follow up on deliveries, quality, performance, and value realization across platforms.
• As Team Lead:
• Lead and develop a team of developers and specialists working with UiPath, Power Platform, and automation.
• Build and maintain a strong team culture with a focus on professional growth, knowledge sharing, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Support the team in technical decisions, solution design, and best practices.
• Handle resource planning, capacity management, and daily coordination of tasks and priorities.
• Take part in recruitment, onboarding, and development dialogues.
• Drive continuous improvements in the way the team works and delivers solutions.
  
  

Professional Competencies

• Solid experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and/or UiPath.
• Experience with RPA, low‑code application development, and automation initiatives.
• Understanding of software development processes, DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience in a role such as Product Owner, Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar.
• Strong skills in requirements specification, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
