As a Senior Business Analyst at flexhub, you shape the functional direction of our entire domain. You orchestrate the analysis of large-scale value streams, set documentation standards, and act as a trusted advisor to management. Your authority in requirements engineering ensures we build compliant, logical, and valuable solutions. You turn abstract business goals into concrete functional roadmaps.

Your Main Tasks Are

• Primary Action: Shape the overall functional architecture and ensure alignment with bank standards.
• Integration: Orchestrate the alignment of requirements across multiple value streams.
• Implementation: Define the analysis standards and patterns that all teams must follow.
• Quality: Set the bar for functional completeness and compliance across multiple squads.
• Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team workshops to align on shared domain models.
• Operations: Lead the response to major functional gaps and define mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Create high-level process maps and capability models for auditors.
• Learning: Lead the analysis community of practice to spread knowledge across flexhub.
• Stakeholder: Partner with business leaders to align IT investments with business value.
• Improvement: Identify systemic process inefficiencies and drive large-scale improvements.

• Deep expertise in business analysis with a strong track record in complex banking software.
• Experience in guiding other analysts and making trade-offs regarding scope and complexity.
• Strong ability to gather, prioritize, and analyze business requirements to drive effective solutions tailored to project objectives.
• Skills in visualizing and mapping business processes using BPMN to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Proficient in utilizing Jira for task management, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless collaboration in Agile project environments.
• Experience in creating detailed and actionable user stories that reflect business needs and drive successful Agile development cycles.
• Advanced skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to support database-driven workflows.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to record technical decisions, processes, and project outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.
