
Operations Specialist
📝 Twój zakres obowiązków
- Support operational processes related to onboarding new clients and their ongoing daily operations;
- Execute operational tasks that involve working with client data and platform configurations;
- Monitor operational workflows and react quickly to errors, inconsistencies or missing information;
- Take ownership of selected operational tasks and, over time, larger parts of operational processes;
- Maintain and update documentation describing operational procedures and workflows;
- Identify areas where processes can be improved and collaborate with the engineering team to implement those improvements.
- We will provide you with training and you’ll always be able to rely on our Delivery Managers and wider business functions to guide you, but you will also be expected and encouraged to take the initiative yourself to best support our clients.
