You’ll play an important part in supporting the operational side of our platform by handling client onboarding, managing data across different systems, and ensuring workflows are executed accurately and securely.
The position combines hands-on operational work with opportunities to improve processes and collaborate closely with engineers and internal teams.
In this role you will:
- Support operational processes related to onboarding new clients and their ongoing daily operations;
- Execute operational tasks that involve working with client data and platform configurations;
- Monitor operational workflows and react quickly to errors, inconsistencies or missing information;
- Take ownership of selected operational tasks and, over time, larger parts of operational processes;
- Maintain and update documentation describing operational procedures and workflows;
- Identify areas where processes can be improved and collaborate with the engineering team to implement those improvements.
We will provide you with training and you’ll always be able to rely on our Delivery Managers and wider business functions to guide you, but you will also be expected and encouraged to take the initiative yourself to best support our clients.
Profil kandydata
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are detail-oriented and comfortable validating data across multiple tools while spotting inconsistencies or missing information;
- Are comfortable handling sensitive customer data responsibly and understand the importance of security and precision;
- Like structured, well-documented workflows and naturally keep things organised and methodical;
- Can follow established procedures, but also notice when something could be improved;
- Enjoy investigating issues and getting to the root cause of operational problems;
- Like understanding how processes work and taking ownership of parts of them;
- Are happy to maintain and improve documentation so that knowledge stays clear and accessible;
- Feel comfortable collaborating with engineers and other internal teams;
- Work well independently and manage your tasks reliably;
- Don’t mind some repetitive work, as long as it requires focus and precision;
- Communicate confidently in English and can write clear internal documentation.
Extra skills that would help you shine in this role:
- Interest in the gaming industry and digital game distribution;
- Experience using tools such as Jira or Confluence;
- Previous experience in operations, process support, or similar roles;
- Experience maintaining internal documentation or knowledge bases.
