Your responsibilities, Design and implement robust and scalable features supporting end-to-end automation of interactions between hearing aids and connectivity devices., Continuously maintain, optimize, and expand existing codebases., Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and engineers across teams in Denmark and Poland., Participate in code reviews, contributing to team learning and high code quality., Apply testable coding practices and support the use of techniques such as TDD., Contribute to improving architecture and enhancing tool reliability., Ensure alignment with strategic quality and connectivity objectives across the organization.
have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;, have proven experience in software development and strong skills in object oriented programming (Java preferred; Python or Kotlin also an advantage);, write clean, testable code and understand concepts such as Test Driven Development;, have knowledge of CI/CD development processes and tools (e.g. TeamCity, version control systems, review tools like Gerrit);, understand software architecture fundamentals and enjoy contributing to architectural decisions;, communicate effectively and work well in a cross functional, multicultural environment;, are fluent in English and Polish.
Optional, basic understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy;, knowledge of ADB (Android Debug Bridge);
