Compensation:

Exp 5-12 lat: 130- 155 zł/h net+vat

Exp 12 lat+: 160-170 zł/h net+vat

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a significant role supporting VEO team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the deployment of applications and systems across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration for the commercial risk business.

You will be responsible for:

• Relationship management working directly with colleagues in country to understand their processes and requirements.
• Analysing the local processes and requirements to then assist in the development of global processes and solutions.
• Producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including, but not limited to, business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
• Working closely with Project Managers.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

• 5-10+ years’ experience of large-scale, global insurance/ financial services projects.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with leading business and technical subject matter experts.
• Flexibility to work with diverse teams from different countries and cultures.
• Exercise curiosity to influence decisions such that they align to programme strategy.
• Self-motivated and able to take leadership on areas of work assigned.
• Ability to see the “big picture” solution but equally drill down to low-level detail when required.
• Advanced business analysis skills and analytical ability to understand complex subjects and transferring that knowledge into required deliverables.
• Experience in producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including, but not limited to, business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Excellent authoring and document review skills and vocabulary
• Negotiation, influencing and conflict management skills.
• Excellent team player with the ability to maintain trust at all levels.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio nice to have).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is desirable- nice to have
