About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analyst specializing in Data & Analytics for Retail Operations. In this pivotal role, you will help shape and implement modern data products that empower unified commerce and data-driven decision making across our retail landscape. You will serve as a key liaison between business, technical teams, and product managers, ensuring that business processes are optimized, innovative solutions are delivered, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met. Your contributions will directly influence the strategic direction and operational excellence of our retail data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Data & Analytics, with demonstrated proficiency in applying agile principles and methodologies.
• Strong background in global retail and store operations, with hands-on experience in business process analysis and design.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, user story development, and business value estimation within Data & Analytics environments.
• Excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effective outcomes.
• Experience in developing business analysis artifacts (process maps, wireframes, specifications).
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and execute user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support.
