In this role, you will:

• Support the digital optimization of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Act as a Business Analyst for SAP Variant Configuration, collaborating with first-line support, key users, and technical consultants to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze data quality, identify data cleansing needs, assess downstream impacts, and implement SAP configuration changes.
• Focus on SAP Variant Configuration for flat carbon steel products, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business transactions and resolve complex issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents and continuously improve solutions and system stability.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer and user training.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or have comparable technical expertise.
• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Variant Configuration, ideally in large-scale SAP environments.
• Bring strong expertise in SAP SD and Variant Configuration, combined with a Business Analyst background in manufacturing.
• Possess a solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Have deep knowledge of steel production and products, with flat carbon steel experience strongly preferred.
• Communicate fluently in German (C1) and English (C1B2), both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate a proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
• Have SAP certifications and/or SAP BRF+ skills (a plus)
