About the role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will support software delivery within a digital banking platform environment. The role focuses on requirement analysis, documentation, and coordination between business stakeholders and development teams.

The Business Analyst will work across the full delivery lifecycle, supporting solution design, analysing backend interfaces, and preparing development-ready user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into structured documentation and user stories.
• Support solution and UI design discussions with stakeholders.
• Analyse backend integrations and system interfaces.
• Define and document APIs and data flows (REST / JSON).
• Support development and testing teams during implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across teams.

Must-have competencies:

• Experience as Business Analyst in IT or banking projects.
• Strong experience with requirements engineering and user stories.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP and JSON.
• Experience analysing system integrations and interfaces.
• Experience working in software development environments.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred experience:

• Experience with AI / LLM related projects.
• Experience working in large enterprise or banking environments.
