Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Business Analyst/Product Manager with strong expertise in core banking platforms and financial services. This role requires deep subject matter knowledge to effectively understand and support the bank’s operating model and required capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working with core banking platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, or Finastra. Strong Subject Matter Expertise is essential.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with external clients within an IT services environment rather than exclusively with internal stakeholders.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within investment banking, asset management, clearing & settlement, custody, or retail banking. Strong business analysis expertise is a must.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and platform evaluation, including buy-vs-build decisions, vendor selection, capability assessments, gap analysis, and configuration requirements across core banking solutions.
• Strong understanding of different requirements approaches, including:
• Discovery and design phases
• Digital product or platform selection processes
• Ability to assess and articulate the pros and cons of various platform options
• Business trips required 10-20% of the time
