Business Consultant - Supply Chain

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Have spent several years working in supply chain / operations roles within industry (e.g. FMCG, manufacturing, life sciences), and later transitioned into consulting
• or
• Have a background in consulting with exposure to supply chain transformation projects
• Understand how planning processes work in real business environments (not only in theory)
• Are motivated to build a career in supply chain consulting and advanced planning solutions

Your Role

As a Business Consultant, you will contribute to client engagements that transform how global organizations plan and manage their supply chains.

You will:

• Support the mapping, design, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning processes: Demand Planning, Supply / Production Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP / IBP
• Conduct current-state assessments, data analysis, and process diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and solution concepts
• Support implementation of advanced planning systems (e.g. SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder) under guidance of senior consultants
• Prepare client-ready deliverables including presentations, analyses, and workshop materials
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and working sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, analytics, IT, data engineering)
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, templates, and best practices within HyLogic
