I'm Nick, founder of Hyring AI — an AI-native recruitment intelligence platform built in DIFC, Dubai. We use Claude, Voyage AI, ElevenLabs, and Deepgram to power daily job scraping, semantic candidate matching, AI voice interviews, and hiring intelligence for some of the largest companies in the MENA region.

The product is built. The codebase is written — 9 modules, 26 backend files, a full React dashboard, a voice interview WebSocket pipeline. What I need now is the person who brings it fully to life and then owns it.

What you'll do:

•    Deploy the full platform to production — database, API, frontend, all third-party AI services

•    Own the codebase end-to-end: Node.js backend, React frontend, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Playwright scrapers

•    Wire ElevenLabs TTS + Deepgram STT into a real-time voice interview WebSocket pipeline

•    Build on top of the existing architecture as we grow — new modules, new clients, new intelligence

•    Make real technical decisions from day one

What you need:

✓  3+ years of Node.js in production — real apps, not tutorials

✓  Strong PostgreSQL — you understand pgvector and why we use it

✓  React 18 — you build real dashboards, not landing pages

✓  Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)

✓  JWT auth, REST API design, Docker — all daily tools for you

✓  WebSocket experience is a strong bonus

30-min intro call → 1-hour technical screen → 4-hour take-home test (add one feature to the real codebase) → offer. No LeetCode. No whiteboard algorithms. Just real code.

Timezone: UTC+2 preferred (Poland, Romania, Eastern Europe, Georgia). Open to other timezones with good overlap with Dubai (UTC+4).
