Job details:

We design and operate complex e-commerce and licensing platforms for our B2B and B2C products. Our systems cover the full customer lifecycle — from purchase and license management to after-sales and support. To strengthen our backend team, we are looking for an experienced developer who is eager not only to code but to actively shape and improve our systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Web Software Development, the .NET Web Developer will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend services that support our e-commerce and licensing platforms. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and continuously improve our systems across the full customer lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain .NET-based backend services for e-commerce, licensing, and web platforms;
• Analyze business requirements from presales, sales, support, and after-sales processes;
• Build robust APIs and data-driven solutions with a strong focus on reliability and scalability;
• Contribute to system architecture and enhance existing components and services;
• Act as a technical contact for adjacent teams (frontend, product, support);
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability;
• Optional: Support DevOps processes (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments) and automations.

Required qualifications:

• Motivation to grow: ambitious developers with technical experience and leadership potential are encouraged to apply;
• 5 years of experience in backend development with .NET and .NET Core/.NET Framework;
• Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis), including ORM (Entity Framework optimization techniques);
• Queue Systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• CQRS & Objects Mediation patterns, Design Patterns, Event Driven Architecture, MVC & CLEAN principles;
• Experience with microservices and containerized infrastructure (Kubernetes);
• Ability to understand complex systems and translate business needs into clean, efficient code;
• Proactive mindset, structured work style, and strong collaboration skills focused on cross-team communication;
• Familiarity with additional languages in our stack (Golang, PHP, Node.js, JVM/Scala/Java) is a plus;
• Nice to have: experience with e-commerce platforms or licensing workflows.
