Business Analyst – Remote / Wrocław

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an innovative team building the next-generation AI-driven platform in the insurance technology space. This role offers the opportunity to work on both a cutting-edge greenfield project and an existing core product that serves top insurance brokers and agencies globally.

What you’ll do:

• Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams and clients to define product features and enhancements
• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and user research to understand key product journeys for new and inexperienced users
• Analyze usage trends to identify the most valuable features and recommend improvements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team
• Maintain feature workflow and release plans, ensuring efficient execution of product enhancements
• Create and maintain test suites and tools to prevent regression and ensure high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Developers, and other stakeholders to align feature sets with market needs

What we’re looking for:

Must-have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
• Experience conducting user research and analyzing usage data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in InsurTech or financial services
• Knowledge of AI-driven platforms or digital client engagement tools
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma
• Experience creating test cases and supporting QA processes

• Salary: 14.000 - 15.000zł B2B
