About the role:
We are looking for a Lead Architect who combines strong technical expertise with a natural sales and advisory mindset.This role is key to driving new business — from understanding client needs, through solution design, to supporting the full sales process. You will design scalable, business-driven solutions (mainly cloud) and act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams
.This is not a pure delivery role — we’re looking for someone who enjoys client interaction, solutioning, and building real business value.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor in the sales process
- Translate client needs into solution architecture and commercial offers
- Design high-level cloud and hybrid solutions (infrastructure, data, integrations, apps)
- Lead workshops, presentations, and solution discussions with clients
- Support RFI/RFP processes, pricing, and solution defense
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain experts
- Mentor others and help shape solutioning standards
What we’re looking for:
- 7–10+ years in IT (Solution Architect / Cloud / Presales / Consulting roles)
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales / solutioning / client-facing work
- Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP (multi-cloud is a plus)
- Ability to connect technology with business value
- Experience with offers, workshops, RFPs, and client presentations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English & Polish
