Power Platform Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer who will design, build, and optimize modern low-code/no-code solutions. In this role, you’ll use your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to deliver applications and automations that improve processes, integrate with enterprise systems, and bring real value to the business. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, including custom forms, dashboards, and business processes.

• Build and optimize workflow automations in Power Automate, using triggers, actions, and connectors.

• Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio to create intelligent low-code/no-code agents.

• Use Dataverse for secure data modeling and storage.

• Integrate Power Platform with external systems, APIs (REST, Microsoft Graph), SQL databases, and SharePoint.

• Follow ALM practices: solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and testing.

• Apply security best practices, including RBAC and compliance standards.

• Support and optimize existing Power Platform applications and automations.

• Collaborate with teams in an Agile / DevOps environment, using tools like Azure DevOps and Git.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform development.

• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven) and Power Automate.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.

• Programming knowledge in JavaScript and C#.

• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, SQL, SharePoint.

• Familiarity with Azure services integration and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (nice to have).

• Knowledge of .NET development is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Polish (B2 or higher).

Certifications (preferred):

• PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals

• PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
