Product Manager - AI Solutions

Location: Full Remote

Job Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who lives and breathes modern AI tools — not just using them, but building with them. This is not a role for someone who writes specs and waits. We need someone who understands agentic workflows, can prototype ideas in Claude Code or similar tools, collaborate tightly with developers and designers, and drive real product improvements.

What You'll Do:

- Work closely with developers, designers, and the team to define and improve product features

- Build internal tools, prototypes, and proof of concepts using agentic AI tools

- Understand and contribute to automation workflows — you don't need to build everything, but you need to know what's possible and how to brief it

- Deeply understand product context and user metrics — own improvements to retention, conversion, and overall product quality

- Write clear specs and requirements that developers can actually work from

- Continuously monitor AI/LLM trends and translate them into product opportunities

- Be involved across the full product cycle — from idea to shipping to measuring results

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years in product management, ideally at a mobile or consumer app

- Experience at a B2C mobile app or subscription product

- Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools — Claude Code, Codex, or similar. You've actually built things with them, not just heard about them

- Understanding of agentic workflows, agentic skills, and how AI agents are built and orchestrated — you follow this space closely

- Comfortable with non-deterministic AI systems — you understand that AI behaves differently from traditional software and you know how to work with that

- Strong product intuition — you care about UX, design quality, and metrics equally

- Experience working directly with engineering and design teams in a fast-moving environment

- Proactive and autonomous — you don't wait to be told what to do next

- Familiarity with context engineering and how to structure information for LLMs to get reliable outputs

- Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2+)

This Role is NOT For You If…

- You've mostly worked in marketing or growth and haven't owned core product end-to-end

- You prefer predictable, structured systems over experimental AI environments

- You're used to slow-moving organizations and need a lot of process to get things done

- You haven't actually built anything with AI tools — you've just read about them
