IF YOU ARE
- An experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably working with core banking systems or banking platforms
- Knowledgeable in core banking domains such as lending, payments, deposits, and customer lifecycle management across front-, middle-, and back-office operations
- Skilled in eliciting, structuring, and analyzing business and functional requirements, and documenting end-to-end banking processes
- Experienced in core banking transformation, system implementation, or operating model (TOM) initiatives within large financial institutions
- Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, end-users, and vendor implementation teams
- Experienced in platform evaluation and selection, including capability assessment, gap analysis, and configuration requirements across core banking solutions (e.g., Temenos, Finastra, Avaloq, or similar)
- Proactive, analytical, and structured, able to bring clarity and organization to complex transformation initiatives
- Fluent in English, capable of working effectively in international and cross-functional teams
- Flexible to operate during a Sunday–Thursday workweek during the first 3–4 months of the project (full alignment preferred but not mandatory)
- Contribute to the platform selection process for a major financial institution in the Middle East
- Analyze and map complex functional requirements across multiple potential solutions
- Prepare documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), gap analyses, and capability comparison matrices
- Facilitate and support discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and vendor solution demonstrations
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define end-to-end processes in Corporate and Investment Banking
- Provide advisory support based on industry best practices
- Assist in evaluating digitalization opportunities across onboarding, lending, corporate channels, and loan lifecycle management
- Engage in a short-term assignment with the possibility of extending the cooperation
- Maximize customer and business value through your financial services expertise
