Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM / MM / SD Consultant to support and deliver end-to-end logistics and procurement processes within an SAP S/4HANA landscape. The role will focus primarily on SAP EWM implementation, with strong involvement in Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order (PR/PO) processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to design, implement, and support robust logistics solutions.

Key Experience & Requirements

SAP EWM

• Lead and support SAP EWM design and implementation activities
• Configure and optimize warehouse processes including:

o Inbound and outbound logistics

o Goods receipt and goods issue

o Picking, packing, and staging

o Stock management and physical inventory

• Support warehouse testing, cutover, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with business teams to align warehouse processes with operational needs

SAP MM / Procurement

• Configure and support Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes
• Support sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes
• Configure and support goods receipt and invoice verification
• Integrate MM with FI for accurate postings and reconciliation

SAP SD

• Support sales order processing, deliveries, and billing
• Ensure seamless integration between SD and EWM for outbound processes
• Support order-to-cash process alignment with logistics execution

Integration & Support

• Ensure end-to-end integration between EWM, MM, SD, and FI
• Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements
• Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT), cutover, and hypercare phases
• Prepare functional specifications and user documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP EWM / MM / SD Consultant in S/4HANA environments
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM implementations
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, including PR and PO lifecycle
• Experience with MM–FI and SD–EWM integrations
• Understanding of logistics master data (materials, vendors, customers)
• Experience working in multi-country or shared-service environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

• English – Mandatory (fluent, business and technical)
• At least one of the following – Mandatory:
• - Polish
• - Greek
• -Romanian

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with warehouse automation or scanning solutions
• Knowledge of EWM–MFS or integration with external warehouse systems
• Experience in SAP RISE environments
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager
• Experience supporting SAP rollouts or upgrades
