Forte Group is looking for a Senior AI React/Node/Next.js Engineer, who will be contributing personally and leading the engineering team. We expect this person to lead the team of 3 engineers and lead technical architecture decisions. And, of course, we expect this person to effectively use and promote AI-enabled ways of working, making sure that AI will be our invisible team member wearing multiple caps and doing the job for us.

We build is an intelligent, privacy-aware platform designed to help find employees and candidate CVs with natural-language queries that can express complex semantic, multi-criteria conditions and custom attributes.

For example: we would like to find CVs by criteria “Product Manager in Europe with 5+ years in FinTech and experience with Stock Exchange market” - we would like to find profiles that match this criteria without designing a complex SQL-like query with 100 conditions, numerous keywords, listing all EU countries and all domains in FinTech. We just want AI to find the best matching profiles, that’s it 🙂
