Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior AI Program Manager to join our Center of Excellence and lead a portfolio of AI and automation initiatives across the organization.
This is a senior role for someone who combines strong program and portfolio management capabilities with a solid understanding of AI, data foundations, and digital transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will be responsible for turning business priorities into structured, scalable, and measurable AI-driven initiatives.
You will work at the intersection of business and technology—coordinating multiple projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that AI solutions are built on reliable data, clear ownership, and sound delivery practices.
This role is not hands-on in building models, but it requires a strong understanding of how AI solutions are designed, governed, implemented, and scaled—from business case through delivery and adoption.
The ideal candidate brings experience in managing complex transformation programs, understands the fundamentals of Machine Learning and LLM-based solutions, and recognizes that trustworthy AI starts with a strong data foundation.
Requirments:
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management or transformation roles
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives or portfolios
- Experience leading strategic change or digital transformation programs
- Solid understanding of AI/ML and LLM fundamentals (Technical education background nice to have)
- Strong knowledge of data foundations (quality, governance, structures, readiness for AI)
- Understanding of how AI solutions are designed, delivered, and scaled in business environments
- Ability to translate business needs into structured programs and measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority
- High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to operate in dynamic environments)
- Fluent English ( C1)
