SENIOR DATA ENGINEER (AZURE / DATABRICKS)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and evolve data platforms in Azure. This role combines hands-on development, architectural involvement, and close collaboration with both team members and customers.

Data Engineering & Development

• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure
• Develop data solutions using Azure Databricks
• Implement data models and transformations (including medallion architecture: Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, cloud services)

Architecture & Quality

• Contribute to architecture design and technical decisions
• Ensure data quality, performance, and cost efficiency
• Apply best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work with customers to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in estimation and planning
• Support team members and share knowledge
