End-to-end Incident Management Lead the resolution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents ranging from frontend UI glitches to critical SAP Magento integration failures

Complex Change Requests Design and implement fullstack enhancements such as new B2B checkout workflows or Realtime SAP driven loyalty programs

Data Integrity Stewardship Monitor and resolve discrepancies in Product Master Pricing Inventory and Customer Master data across the landscape

SLA Compliance Ensure the ecommerce platform meets strict uptime and performance Service Level Agreements SLAs for our global consumer base

Security Patching Manage Magento security patches and version upgrades ensuring zero disruption to the integrated SAP flows

Technical Mentorship Act as the bridge between the Web Development team and the SAP Functional team providing cross functional technical guidance

Preferred Skills
