Your Role – ServiceNow Business Analyst
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating customer business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our delivery teams. You will work closely with enterprise stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, and project managers to ensure solutions are well‑designed, aligned with business goals, and successfully delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from enterprise clients
- Leading workshops and discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories for ServiceNow solutions
- Supporting solution design by collaborating with architects and developers
- Acting as a bridge between customers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Validating delivered solutions against business requirements
- Supporting UAT activities and ensuring smooth handover to production
- Maintaining clear and up-to-date project documentation
Our Delivery Environment
You will work on international ServiceNow projects covering areas such as:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Custom workflow automation and integrations
Our Requirements
We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Must-have:
- Experience with ServiceNow (any module)
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role in IT projects
- Ability to gather and structure business requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders (Managers, Directors, C-level)
- Very good written and spoken English
Good to have:
- Experience in international projects (especially European clients)
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Experience writing user stories, functional specs, and process documentation
- ServiceNow certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
