
1st Level Service Desk Analyst (m/f/d) - Hybrid (50 % Onsite / 50 % Remote)

Your responsibilities, Customer Experience: You will take on and register all incoming IT inquiries through phone, e-mail, chat and self-service portal in our ITSM tool (Service Now)., Error Handling: You will be responsible for the initial troubleshooting using remote control tools and existing knowledge articles., Technical Support: You will forward more complex enquiries to the 2nd level of support.
Communication Skills: Fluency in English and German (B2/C1), both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment., Mindset: Strong customer focus and service orientation., IT Experience: You have already first experience in IT, mainly in the area of Microsoft and Apple technologies., Motivation: Working pro-actively in a team is not an issue but you are also not afraid to save the day on your own? Awesome!
