We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst (m/f/d) for the Office of the COO, who will take on a central role in managing and analyzing key operational areas from our Shared Service Center (SSC). This position reports directly to the COO Associate and offers an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development in an international environment.
The position is ideal for analytically minded individuals with an affinity for technology and processes who want to take on an interface role between management, operational teams, and C-level stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst in the COO Office, you will take on a variety of analytical, coordinating, and steering tasks:
Business Data & Process Analytics:
- Conduct deep-dive data and process analyses in critical business and operations areas.
- Derive Data Insights and recommendations for action to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Creation and management of regular (Financial) Reporting for the COO area and adjacent stakeholders.
- Process mapping and identification of bottlenecks, as well as proposals for process optimization.
Support for the COO Associate:
- Active support for the COO Associate in managing and implementing cross-functional major projects.
- Taking over PMO (Project Management Office) activities, especially in the organization and overarching coordination of initiatives.
- Preparation of decision documents and presentations for management.
Stakeholder Management & Topic Ownership:
- Independent handling of specific topics and workstreams within the COO area.
- Proactive stakeholder management and coordination with internal (C-level) stakeholders and teams, particularly in the CIO/CTO (Tech topics), Finance, and Operations areas.
- Taking over international coordination and reporting for our core markets: PL, CH, DE, UK, IT, IE, PT.
Your Profile
Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in analytical roles, such as Business Analysis, Controlling, Financial Reporting, or as a Consultant.
- Proven expertise in Data Analytics, (Financial) Reporting, process mapping, and optimization.
- Experience in PMO activities and managing complex workflows.
- Technology affinity or background in CIO/CTO topics (IT, digitalization) is a strong plus. Consulting experience is an advantage.
Skills & Working Style:
- Strong analytical and structured way of thinking with the ability to quickly grasp complex matters and prepare them in a solution-oriented manner.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-driven and proactive in taking ownership and completing tasks.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing in a dynamic, international environment (Great place to learn and develop).
- Strong skills in power point and Excel.
Location & Languages:
- The place of work is our Shared Service Center (Poznan, Poland).
- German (good to have)
- English proficiently (must have)
