Business Analyst – Power BI & Excel Solutions
Location: Poznań (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Department: Global Business Services (GBS), ADM

Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across ADM. You’ll design and develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based tools, collaborate with internal and external partners, and help streamline processes through data analysis and automation.

Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across ADM. You’ll design and develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based tools, collaborate with internal and external partners, and help streamline processes through data analysis and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Power BI Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Excel Solutions: Create and enhance models, reports, and automation tools using advanced Excel techniques (including VBA).
- Maintain (oversee) balance sheet reconciliation process.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align analytical solutions with business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Collect and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Recommend and implement data-driven improvements to existing workflows.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure clear and consistent documentation of analytical processes and outputs.
- Blackline Administration: Configure and maintain the Blackline platform.
- KPI Coordination: Manage end-to-end data collection and reporting for KPI development across multiple sources.
- 3+ Years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong Power BI skills (Power Query, DAX, dashboard design).
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VBA for automation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Finance background or experience in financial analysis/reporting.
- Fluent in English (B2+).
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
