📍 Location: Poland (hybrid, partially on site in Warsaw)

We are launching an intensive 3-week Cloud Contact Center AI LAB focused on building next-generation cloud contact centers based on Amazon Connect.
This program is designed for analytical profiles – students, graduates, and early-career professionals interested in business analysis, process design, and digital customer experience transformation. The best participants will be offered long-term employment after completing the Cloud Contact Center AI LAB.
What you’ll learn:
StartingApril 13th, our experts will guide you through:
- Working in real-world IT projects
- Designing apps built on Amazon Connect
- Learning how business requirements are translated into scalable cloud-based contact center solutions, working closely with technical teams and solution architects
- understanding how AI-driven features reshape customer journeys and operational models in modern CCaaS environments.
📆Dates:April 13 – April 30, 2026
📍Format:Online (opening and closing sessions in-person in Warsaw)
💼Time Commitment:Part-time (up to 50% of a full-time equivalent) during LAB, full-time in the case of permanent employment after the LAB.Possibility of working flexible (shifted) hours.
💰Compensation:Paid training + certification of completion
🎯 Who will thrive in this role:
- Student or graduate in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field,
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Interest in process design, customer journeys, and digital transformation
- Basic understanding of IT systems, integrations, or cloud concepts is an advantage
- Very good English communication skills
- Experience with contact center environments or CCaaS platforms is a plus but not required.

- Gathering and structuringbusiness requirements
- Designingsimple process maps, workflows, and customer journeys
- Analyzingcontact center use casesand translating them into functional requirements
- Collaborating with developersto understand technical feasibility
- Participating in workshops andsolution discussions
- Presenting your final solutionas part of a practical Cloud Contact Center AI LAB project
