📝 Twój zakres obowiązków
Your responsibilities, Lead Agile ceremonies tailored to a technical, self-organizing team, Identify and remove blockers across infrastructure, cloud, and cross-team dependencies, Support modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows (e.g. Copilot), Balance priorities between new platform development and legacy system maintenance, Monitor and improve delivery metrics (e.g. cycle time, throughput, deployment frequency), Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and functions, Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement
3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach working with technical teams (data, infrastructure, backend), Strong, hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum with the ability to adapt frameworks to the team and context, Working familiarity with tools and concepts such as Kafka, Databricks, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (no coding required), Ability to influence without formal authority and communicate effectively with stakeholders, Experience managing or supporting parallel streams of work (e.g. legacy systems alongside new platform development), Very good English (B2+)
Optional, Background in data engineering or data platforms, Experience in large-scale transformation or migration projects, Exposure to DevOps, MLOps, or AI-supported development environments, Experience in manufacturing or IoT domains
