Your responsibilities, Providing on-site IT support for end users, including the use of Microsoft 365 tools, Provisioning end user devices using Microsoft Intune, Managing and maintaining meeting room and video conferencing equipment, Supporting local IT infrastructure, server rooms, cabling, and network devices, Maintaining accurate inventories of IT assets, mobile devices, and accessories, Supporting mobile device setup, synchronization, and repair coordination, Acting as a local escalation point for IT Service Desk tickets, Coordinating with external vendors and service providers within defined scope, Supporting printer operations and basic troubleshooting, Assisting with local software installations and license tracking, Managing IT supplies and accessories
Education, âą Technical education or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, âą Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience will be considered an advantage, , Experience, âą Previous experience in an IT Technician / IT Support role, âą Hands-on experience supporting end users in a corporate or shared services environment, âą Experience working with an IT Service Desk model and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is an asset, , Technical Skills, âą Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint Online), âą Experience with end-user hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and printers, âą Basic understanding of networking, cabling, and local IT infrastructure, âą Familiarity with meeting room and video conferencing systems, âą Experience with IT asset management and documentation, , Languages, âą English â working proficiency (minimum B2 level), Soft / Behavioral Skills, âą Strong customer service and problem solving mindset, âą Good communication skills and ability to support users with varying technical knowledge, âą Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, âą Attention to detail and good organizational skills, âą Willingness to perform hands-on, on site support activities

About the project
As an IT Technician, you will provide hands-on local IT support for the PoznaĆ office, ensuring smooth operations of workplace technology, meeting rooms, end-user devices, and local infrastructure. You will act as the first point of local intervention, supporting users, coordinating with the IT Service Desk and external providers, and maintaining high standards of service and availability.
This position offers a unique opportunity to join the IT Workplace Team with visibility across the EMEA organization, helping you develop both technical expertise and business partnering skills to advance your career. We offer a 1 year contract with the possibility of extending the employment.
