We are looking for a Mobile Developer to support a project in the Advertising domain for one of Poland’s leading e-commerce platforms. The engineer will work within a team responsible for the technological layer of ad delivery in a large-scale mobile application. You will contribute to building and optimizing advertising components in a performance-critical environment, balancing monetization goals with excellent user experience. This includes ensuring that advertising scripts and integrations do not negatively impact application performance (e.g., blocking the main thread).

We are looking for a hybrid-minded developer who understands both native mobile development and web-based ad technologies—especially JavaScript execution within WebView contexts—while maintaining a strong foundation in the native Android stack.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of commercial experience in native Android development (Kotlin)
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)
• Hands-on experience with Android WebView, including native-to-web communication
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming
• Ability to write unit and integration tests
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and passion for building high-quality user experiences (UX)
