Your responsibilities, Conduct workshops with domain experts to gather functional requirements., Translate workshop insights into clear, structured documentation for the development team., Analyze current system functionality and propose improvements or clarifications for development., Ensure that all specifications are aligned with the software’s architecture and business needs., Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and validate requirements.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role., Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, logistics processes, or automotive workshop operations., Ability to understand technical and business concepts and translate them into detailed documentation., Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops., Analytical mindset with attention to detail., Fluent in English (written and spoken).

The software is an advanced, browser-based transport management system that combines a modern interface, automation, and AI-powered functionalities with intuitive usability. It supports route planning, client collaboration, and scalable expansion.
The selected BA will work closely with internal experts who have a clear vision of system functionality, translating their knowledge into precise materials for the development team.
Start: ASAP
Engagement: Part-time, during workshops only (approximately 1 month)
