Your responsibilities, Strategic Delivery & Value Leadership (US & EU CPG Accounts), • Act as senior CPG advisor, shaping engagements with a strong focus on business outcomes, value realization, and executive decision-making., • Define engagement strategy, value roadmaps, planning, and budgets with client business and IT leaders., • Provide oversight of project and program portfolios, ensuring quality delivery, financial performance, and risk management., • Balance priorities across initiatives, stepping into delivery leadership during critical phases or escalations., • Govern SOWs, commercial models, financials, and client governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and profitability., • Advise solution teams on business-driven innovation and ensure effective team mobilization aligned to value objectives., , Internal CPG Subject Matter Expert, • Serve as CPG SME across commercial, supply chain, analytics, and enterprise data domains., • Shape and evolve C&F CPG offerings, methodologies, and solution blueprints with Technology Practices., • Develop thought leadership, executive narratives, and industry visibility through events, publications, and webinars., , Executive Client & Sponsor Management, • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders across strategic CPG clients., • Drive account growth through value-led consulting, opportunity shaping, and executive sponsorship., • Support account strategies, proposals, and executive presentations with deep domain expertise., , People Development, • Mentor and coach consulting and delivery talent, supporting capability building, staffing decisions, and career development.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, Strong experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, Proven background in one or more CPG business domains such as Sales, Trade Promotion, Marketing, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, or Demand Planning, Experience working directly with executive-level business stakeholders, Strong client orientation with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and business problems into actionable insights, Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, Experience leading global, cross-functional teams, with sensitivity to cultural differences, Willingness to travel to client locations across the US and EU
Optional, Bachelor’s degree, Experience in technology-enabled transformation, delivery, or strategy, Familiarity with project and program management practices, Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. UI/UX, data engineering, software engineering), Understanding of agile delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFe), Experience with enterprise data platforms, including MDM, RDM, data governance, and self-service analytics, Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Experience delivering analytics, dashboards, or business insight solutions, Proven ability to recommend innovative, value-driven ideas to clients, Experience in business case development, value definition, and transformation strategy
