About the role
The Delivery Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to clients. This position will require strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing client projects and/or accounts, serving as a bridge between the internal LLI team and the client, and overseeing the execution of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
In this independent role, the Delivery Manager will manage LLI teams engaged in the company’s initiatives, fostering unity and enhancing the organizational culture.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Client Account Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects/accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are managed.
Build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and assist with strategic planning.
Collaborate with recruitment to address staffing needs.
Communication Bridge:
Act as the link between internal teams, clients, and vendors for clear communication.
Facilitate regular meetings (e.g., daily/weekly standups) to provide updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.
Resolve client concerns and handle escalations promptly.
People Management:
Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Foster LLI’s company culture and uphold core values.
Conduct one-on-one meetings, 360-degree feedback sessions, and resolve team conflicts to boost performance.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and develop resource allocation plans to optimize team tasks.
Perform tasks within the project team according to the area of responsibility.
Cooperate with clients on a daily basis to successfully execute tasks and meet objectives.
Provide technical support to the PoC team and projects (so called after sales process).
Co-Creation & Continuous Improvement:
Actively contribute to shaping and improving LLI’s processes, tools, and ways of working. Have a real impact on how projects are organized and how our work culture evolves.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze KPIs on delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Prepare reports and risk assessments, using metrics to identify and implement improvements.
Define the requirements of the Delivery Management role for the entire Principal’s organization.
