Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a Local ERP Project Manager to join one of our teams.
A crucial part in the Center of Excellence (COE) team that is leading the local ERP systems in our client, that are not yet in the global template. As a Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for leading internal organizational projects end‑to‑end, coordinating between multiple stakeholders, tracking tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes technical & business understanding of the project needs, scope and design.

- Ensure Global Process Alignment: Safeguard ADAMA’s global methodologies and minimize deviations within regional and local implementations.
- Project & Event Management: Oversee multiple activities simultaneously, including project tasks, change requests, and critical incidents, ensuring accurate tracking and timely ticket handling.
- Project Delivery: Lead or contribute to internal projects focused on deploying new system functionalities and optimizing existing processes.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and technical experts to design, coordinate, and implement system solutions.
- Design Review: Review and approve functional designs when needed, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and proper handoff to technical build teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify workarounds for system limitations and assess the effort required to implement business process changes.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and components of the overall ERP roadmap.
- Governance & Reporting: Monitor delivery progress, track tasks, and communicate project status through established governance processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Align efforts across internal departments (IT, Operations, Finance, HR) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Documentation & Communication: Summarize meetings, maintain clear documentation, and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and ERP integrators (SBO, ECC), including opening and tracking service tickets, monitoring SLAs, ensuring delivery quality and contract adherence, handling escalations, and securing timely resolution of issues.
- Training & Deployment: Coordinate training activities, testing cycles, UAT, and go live events to ensure successful adoption.
