Technical Product Manager – AI / SAP Integration

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive AI- and LLM-powered solutions from concept to deployment. You will act as the owner of AI initiatives, translating business goals into technical execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/LLM use cases, from requirements and POCs to MVPs.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, including SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP), aligning with existing processes and architecture.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, providing updates, demos, and maintaining transparent communication.

• Document technical and business requirements, including data flows, transformations, and AI outputs.

• Coordinate developers, architects, designers, and data teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.

• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring smooth execution.

• Support operational readiness until formal support structures are in place.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or engineering leadership.

• Solid technical understanding of GenAI / LLMs, multi-component architectures, AI agents, and vector databases.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP, including data extraction, API/OData integrations, and working with SAP functional/technical teams.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.

• Proven track record coordinating complex technical deliveries and removing roadblocks proactively.
