About the role

We are expanding our capabilities in the Veeva ecosystem and building a strong delivery footprint for Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare clients.
We are looking for an experienced Veeva Business Analyst (Commercial) to support global and regional implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives within Veeva CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Veeva CRM (Commercial) solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

• Support configuration and optimization of Veeva CRM (CLM, Approved Email, Call Reporting, etc.)

• Work closely with Veeva Consultants, Developers, and QA teams

• Participate in UAT, training, and deployment activities

• Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements (GxP, Pharma regulations)
