Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization
Conduct business-process analysis and lead workshops with stakeholders (finance, operations, sales, etc.)
Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
Configure and, where required, customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules (e.g. General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Reporting)
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migrations, and extension development
Advise business stakeholders on ERP and Dynamics best practices
Support testing phases, including UAT, and coordinate user training activities
