emagine is looking for two Senior Platform Developers – one focused on Android and one on iOS – to help scale our client’s growing Platform team.

Length: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm or Gothenburg

About the role
As a Platform Developer, you will not primarily work on end‑user features. Instead, you will collaborate closely with our internal customers: the feature development teams. Your mission is to build the foundation they rely on by creating a robust, scalable architecture and continuously improving our developer experience.

Your responsibilities
• Build shared components: Develop and maintain libraries used across all mobile teams.
• Implement permissions‑based roles: Design and integrate RBAC (role‑based access control) into the platform for secure, seamless rights management in the apps.
• Improve DevEx: Enhance tools, pipelines and workflows to make feature development faster, safer and more efficient.
• Lead architecture standards: Define how data and state should be handled consistently across both Android and iOS.
