About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Project Manager to play a key role in driving finance-related transformation initiatives across KK Group globally.
This role will focus on developing and refining project governance structures, ways of working, and ensuring seamless coordination between Finance, IT, and other business units. The position is central to supporting acquisitions, system implementations, and global finance process improvements.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and project management, with proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in international environments.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Build, develop, and enhance the finance integration strategy, approach, and guiding principles
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Co-Drive and facilitate the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance) across legal entities and lead end-to-end IT infrastructure improvements
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Establish and continuously refine project governance structures, including clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks
- Act as the primary point of contact for finance project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions
- Develop and standardize ways of working for finance projects to improve efficiency, alignment, and scalability across the Group
Competencies & Skills
- Master’s degree in Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong background in finance-driven projects and transformations
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proven project management capabilities; experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies is an advantage
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Finance or Project Management within international, fast-growing organizations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Strong ability to manage risks and solve complex problems
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
