Your responsibilities, Analyse requirements and translate operational needs into ITOM eventâmanagement configurations, Implement and optimise monitoring rules, event workflows and integration logic, Troubleshoot eventârelated issues and support continuous improvements, Work closely with technical and product teams to align platform behaviour with business expectations, Support incident, problem and operations teams with expert knowledge, Prepare documentation and provide guidance on best practices
At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management and event management processes, Handsâon experience configuring eventâmanagement components in large environments, Ability to analyse data flows, dependencies and operational impact, Experience collaborating with technical and product teams in enterprise settings, Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing monitoring and event logic, Fluency in English, Residing in Poland required
