We invite you to join our dynamic team of individuals who strive to help our clients reinvent their processes using a combination of big data, state-of-the-art digital tools, in-depth functional expertise, and artificial intelligence. Digital process reinvention continues to grow in popularity, which, coupled with our relentless commitment to client success and solid know-how, allowed us to grow from just 4 people in 2021 to almost 30 in 2025.

THE WORK:

As a successful candidate, you will take ownership of client engagements, leading teams to reinvent how the world's biggest companies operate using AI-driven process transformation. You will steer the strategic direction of projects - challenging assumptions, shaping narratives, and bringing well-founded points of view to senior client stakeholders. You will own client relationships, proactively driving value realization and ensuring our work translates into tangible business outcomes. You will mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and ownership. You will also support business development efforts, contributing to proposals, shaping offerings, and helping grow our practice. This is a role for someone who doesn't wait for direction - you challenge the status quo and drive change.

We deliver our work mostly remotely. However, as part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, we are sometimes required to travel and work closely with our Clients in their offices. Therefore, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
