We’re looking for an AI Solutions Lead - Development Tools (Claude Code) to join our DevOps Tools Team in Warsaw. Your mission: shape how AI transforms the way software gets built at SIX from idea to production code powering the financial markets in Europe and beyond. In this role you define the vision and strategy, design the architecture, evaluate suitable solutions and drive their adoption. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and developer tooling, the internal development platforms and organizational change - putting agentic AI into the hands of product owners, business analysts, architects, testers and developers across the company.

What You Will Do 

• Own the AI roadmap for the Software Development Lifecycle — from requirements and design through development and deployment  
• Continuously evaluate, benchmark and assess the latest AI tools and platforms  
• Prototype and integrate AI-powered workflows when off-the-shelf solutions don't fit, using modern agent frameworks  
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutions by designing rollout strategies, running pilots and workshops and tracking measurable adoption outcomes
• As a first project engineer and rollout Claude Code for the Developers  

What You Bring 

• Passion for AI and re-imagining software development 
• 5+ years in software engineering and demonstrated experience in Claude Code 
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle 
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI Agents 
• Ability to drive adoption of new tools and practices across engineering teams, not just make them available 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English
