Salary range: 12 - 14 000 PLN gross monthly (at the first stage no bonus or social package is offered due to start - up character of the organization on the Polish market, social package can be introduced at a later stage)
We are searching on behalf of our client, an international consumerâempowerment organization operating at the crossroads of business, advocacy, and societal impact. Their mission is to make markets fairer, more transparent, and more responsive to the real needs of people. They work with major corporate players to drive responsible business practices, and they champion initiatives that help consumers make better, safer, more informed choices. Now expanding into the Polish market as a startupâstage operation, they are building a small, ambitious, highâownership team - one where every voice matters and every idea can quickly turn into real impact.
Your Role: Business Project Manager (Poland)
This is not a typical Project Manager role. Itâs a position for someone who wants to build, influence, experiment, and coâcreate a young market footprint from the ground up.
You will work side by side with the Country Leader, supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives for major business clients, helping develop business partnerships, and strengthening the organizationâs presence in Poland.
One day you may be leading a meeting with a topâtier corporation; the next you may be handling an operational matter essential for keeping the local business running smoothly.

What Youâll Be Doing
đ 60â70% Business & Strategic Project Work
- Managing and developing partnerships with key business players.
- Leading and coordinating clientâfacing projects from scoping to execution.
- Preparing proposals, analyses, and strategic materials together with the Country Leader.
- Driving initiatives that strengthen the organizationâs business relevance and mission in Poland.
đ ď¸ 30â40% Operational, Administrative & Adâhoc Responsibilities
- Supporting daily operations of a young, growing local entity.
- Coordinating tasks across compliance, marketing, research, logistics, or internal organization.
- Adapting quickly to evolving needs - because startup life brings constant change.
Who Weâre Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- min 3â5 years of experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven project management experience (leading endâtoâend initiatives).
- Experience in communications, corporate affairs, or partnership work is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, selfâdriven working style - internal motivation and ownership are key.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in an evolving business environment.
Skills
- Fluent Polish - must.
- Businessâlevel English - comfortable in meetings, presentations, and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fluid, dynamic context.
Work Setup
- Hybrid model based in Warsaw - min. 3 days per week in the office.
