Your role:
Data analyst will play a crucial role in the Data Analytics Team by overseeing the organization’s master data management and developing robust data quality processes. This position is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining procedures to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization.

Your role:
Data analyst will play a crucial role in the Data Analytics Team by overseeing the organization’s master data management and developing robust data quality processes. This position is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining procedures to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization.

- Develop and manage the Master Data Management (MDM) strategy.
- Define and implement master data governance policies, standards, and procedures,
- Ensure master data is accurate, consistent, and accessible,
- Design and maintain data quality processes, including validation and cleansing,
- Monitor data quality and address issues proactively,
- Work with data owners and stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and prevent recurrence,
- Conduct regular audits and report findings to management,
- Promote continuous improvement in data management practices.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role (logistics industry experience preferred),
- Proficiency in English,
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills,
- Experience working with Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate,
- Knowledge of DAX, including creating calculated columns and managing data table relationships,
- Strong analytical and numerical skills,
- Creative, with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
